RETURNS
Have confidence when you ordering with absoluteprincess.com.au if you are dissatisfied with a product you may return the item for a full refund within 30 days of original purchase.  For hygiene reasons if you are dissatisfied with earrings please return before worn, unless defective or misrepresented.  In the event that you need to return a product, please advise me via email: rachel@absoluteprincess.com.au and return the item to Absolute Princess PO Box 4176, North Curl Curl NSW 2099.  After the return product has been recieved, a refund will be processed.

WARRANTY
All items are warranted for 45 days, items which are reported defective within 45 days of receipt will be replaced or repaired please contact us for return instructions.  Warranty claims reported after 45 days of receipt for any defects may be replaced or repaired at the discretion of Absolute Princess.

CANCELLATIONS
Cancellation of an order must be received within 24 hours of the order being placed.  Shipping, handling and freight charges will apply to all orders shipped prior to our receiving cancellation via support@absoluteprincess.com.au

BACKORDERS
In the rare instance that an item is on backorder after you have placed an order with us, we will notify you within 48 hours of your order and find the best resolution for your order.
